Dr Carol Ong is a native Texas and a 1980 graduate of Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine.
She has two children; her daughter is also a veterinarian and her son is a computer software engineer. She has two rescue dogs, Cassie and Dusty, and several rescued cats.
