Dr. Taylor grew up in Albuquerque and then moved to Texas to study Marine Biology at Texas A&M University at Galveston, where she graduated with honors and a Bachelor of Science degree in 2007.
She later graduated from England's prestigious Royal Veterinary College as a DVM. Dr. Taylor, her husband, and two children moved back to Houston where they welcomed the arrival of their third child.
